DESCRIPTION:Date: Friday 4th April\, 2025Location: Home of the London Irish\, Hazelwood\, Hazelwood Drive\, Sunbury on Thames (400 car parking spaces available – Sunbury station is a 10-minute walk) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat’s Happening: \n\n\n\n\nThe Firewalk: Face the ultimate challenge by walking barefoot across glowing embers. Guided by expert coaches from Firewalk UK\, participants will experience the thrill of overcoming fear and self-doubt.\n\n\n\nLive Music and BBQ: Celebrate with great tunes and delicious food in a lively\, supportive atmosphere.\n\n\n\nFree to Watch and Walk: Spectators are welcome to enjoy the event and cheer on the brave walkers!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout The Firewalk \n\n\n\nThe firewalk features a 4×4 small feeder fire prepared for up to 80 participants. Coals are raked into 8–15-foot paths\, providing a safe yet thrilling challenge. Each walker is supported by trained coaches ensuring readiness\, safety\, and an unforgettable experience. \n\n\n\nWalkers can participate in a seminar prior to the firewalk\, which includes topics like: \n\n\n\n\nOvercoming limiting beliefs\n\n\n\nBuilding confidence and success psychology\n\n\n\nThinking outside the box and achieving goals\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHighlights: \n\n\n\n\nSafety-first approach with experienced Firewalk UK facilitators\n\n\n\nOpportunities for additional challenges like board-breaking or arrow-breaking\n\n\n\nWalk twice for a bigger badge of honour – but be prepared for the extra hot spots!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nApproximate times: \n\n\n\n\n4pm arrive\n\n\n\nRegisteration and safety\n\n\n\n6.30pm firewalk\n\n\n\n9pm finish\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe have 40 spaces available so make sure you secure your spot while you can by registering below! \n\n\n\nThere is no fee to enter but applicants will be expected to fundraise a minimum of £100 for the Lighthouse Charity.
