London Irish/Heathrow Firewalk

Location: Home of the London Irish, Hazelwood, Hazelwood Drive, Sunbury on Thames (400 car parking spaces available – Sunbury station is a 10-minute walk)
What’s Happening:
- The Firewalk: Face the ultimate challenge by walking barefoot across glowing embers. Guided by expert coaches from Firewalk UK, participants will experience the thrill of overcoming fear and self-doubt.
- Live Music and BBQ: Celebrate with great tunes and delicious food in a lively, supportive atmosphere.
- Free to Watch and Walk: Spectators are welcome to enjoy the event and cheer on the brave walkers!
About The Firewalk
The firewalk features a 4×4 small feeder fire prepared for up to 80 participants. Coals are raked into 8–15-foot paths, providing a safe yet thrilling challenge. Each walker is supported by trained coaches ensuring readiness, safety, and an unforgettable experience.
Walkers can participate in a seminar prior to the firewalk, which includes topics like:
- Overcoming limiting beliefs
- Building confidence and success psychology
- Thinking outside the box and achieving goals
Highlights:
- Safety-first approach with experienced Firewalk UK facilitators
- Opportunities for additional challenges like board-breaking or arrow-breaking
- Walk twice for a bigger badge of honour – but be prepared for the extra hot spots!

- 9pm finish

There is no fee to enter but applicants will be expected to fundraise a minimum of £100 for the Lighthouse Charity.
