Foundation | Wellbeing Academy: Financial Guidance (Company Supporters only)

This course helps managers and supervisors in construction understand how financial pressure can affect workers, wellbeing, safety and workplace performance. Through realistic scenarios and practical discussion, learners explore how issues such as debt, rising living costs and financial insecurity may impact behaviour, confidence and concentration at work.

The session builds confidence to recognise signs of financial stress, start supportive conversations with empathy and professionalism, and appropriately signpost workers to trusted support services. Learners will also explore practical ways to help create a workplace culture where financial wellbeing can be discussed openly, respectfully and without judgement.
