Foundation | Wellbeing Academy: Drugs and Alcohol Leading with Compassion (Company Supporters only)

This workshop helps construction managers and supervisors recognise when drugs or alcohol may become a workplace concern. Through practical discussion and realistic workplace scenarios, learners will build confidence in recognising observable concerns, responding appropriately to immediate safety risks, having supportive conversations, and understanding when to follow workplace procedures and signpost for additional support.

The session promotes a compassionate, practical approach that balances workplace safety, fairness and wellbeing.
