Wellbeing Academy: Understanding Andropause
September 7 @ 13:00 – 15:30
This session is CPD accredited.
Understanding Andropause is an awareness workshop designed for people working within the construction industry. The session explores what Andropause is, common signs and symptoms, potential impacts on wellbeing, workplace safety and performance, and the barriers that can prevent people from seeking support. Learners will develop a greater understanding of how to support colleagues through positive conversations, appropriate signposting and supportive workplace practices. The workshop promotes awareness, reduces stigma and encourages healthier workplace cultures through practical discussion, reflection and construction-focused case studies.
