Wellbeing Academy: Neurodiversity Awareness
September 8 @ 09:30 – 12:00
This session is CPD accredited.
This interactive workshop explores neurodiversity and how different ways of thinking, learning and communicating can influence workplace experiences within the construction industry.
Participants will develop an understanding of common forms of neurodivergence, recognise workplace barriers, and explore practical approaches to inclusive communication and support. Through discussion, reflection activities and case studies, learners will gain confidence in creating more supportive, respectful and inclusive working environments.
The session focuses on awareness, understanding and workplace inclusion rather than diagnosis or clinical guidance.
